Damian chef Damian began his culinary education at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. A young chef with over a decade of experience in Philadelphia kitchens, he has been pleased to dive into exploring vegan cuisine. Outside of work he can be found perfecting dog food recipes for his buddy Rufus.

Steven founder & managing partner Steve has been spending time in restaurants for over 40 years. Remembering the days before Soy Kaas, Steve is overjoyed at the amazing array of products, the local and seasonal vegetables, organic greens and grains that we now have to choose from each day. His talented and energetic staff, his many friends in the restaurant community and his gracious neighbors have made his long-held dream of opening a community-serving vegan business in his hometown of Philadelphia a reality.

Greg accounts / marketing & social / the muffin man  A native Philadelphian and lifelong cook, Greg has been working in the restaurant industry for the last decade. Since his start on the service staff of Fork during his college years, he has catered weddings, manned the grill on a gourmet food truck, tended bar and done almost everything in between.
